TAKUMA KIDS KART CHALLENGE 2020

Aiming to make a race debut from kart beginners (excluding JAF domestic junior B or SL Cadet or higher license holders) With the cooperation of circuits nationwide, 27 circuits nationwide from Hokkaido to Okinawa (2 from last year) TRIAL (classes and qualifying sessions) will be held for 5 months from June to September. The total number of participants was 1,143, and the number of time trials was 4,791.

In addition, we started a new program "Glico Scholarship" to support racing activities after graduating from TKKC Academy, and we received support from Junki Takiguchi, who won the 2018 TKKC Academy.

For the annual final tournament, all the staff have been discussing until the very end while considering the social situation, but "Health and safety of all participants, spectators, and related parties are the first. We are very sorry to say that we have canceled the "2020 Final Tournament" based on the idea of "one." An online event where Takuma Sato can interact with the winners of the final tournament was held on Saturday, November 28th.

Time trial

From June to September 2020, a time trial will be held at the following target circuits. A total of 1,143 children participated in a total of 4,791 time trials.

Online event (alternative to FINAL competition)

Instead of the canceled final tournament, we will hold an online event where children who have won the final can interact with Takuma Sato, and interact with 76 children nationwide through talk shows, question corners, and video lessons. Deepened.

Scholarship

Junki Takiguchi, who has achieved excellent results such as winning the 2018 TKKC Academy Tournament with the start of a new program "Glico Scholarship" system to support racing activities after graduating from TKKC Academy, is at Suzuka Circuit Racing School (SRS). After clearing the 2020 entrance exam, I decided to participate in the SRS cart program (SRS-K) and supported my activities.
